Jeff Stephenson
It is no coincidence that Jeff has created a successful 26 year career in real estate after following in his father’s footsteps when the former Executive Vice President of Trizec Corporation retired. With a background in Sports Sales and Marketing working for the Calgary Cannons Baseball Club, Jeff began his career in real estate in 1994. After 8 years in the New Home Construction industry as Area Sales Manager in several of Calgary and Okotoks’ most prominent and award winning communities, Jeff obtained his Commercial Real Estate licence in 2002, joining Torode Realty’s Leasing and Investment Sales Team. In 2003, he obtained his Residential Real Estate licence and has been the recipient of sales achievement awards every single year he’s been in Real Estate, most recently garnering Remax’s Hall of Fame, Platinum Club and 100% Club Awards. Along with his partner in life and business, Jeff is co-owner of The Stephenson Realty Group where he has not only assisted his clients achieve their dream of home ownership and wealth building through real estate, but he also holds a profitable and diverse personal real estate portfolio. Jeff’s knowledge and experience in Calgary real estate, along with his natural charisma, sharp negotiating skills, attention to detail and industry connections are the cornerstones to his success and why his clients continue to utilize his services and refer others to him year after year.
In his spare time, Jeff’s great sense of humour is put to good use, providing plenty of entertaining stories and laughs to his family and friends, as well as enjoying his passions for hockey, golf, live theatre, cooking & travel. Jeff’s love of theatre, TV and film has resulted in recent appearances in television commercials for Toyota, Peterbilt Motors, Co-Op and Calgary’s University District, as well as an appearance in Vertigo Theatre’s production of ‘Undercover’, and the locally shot TV series, ‘Tin Star’ and ‘Heartland’.
Todd Dean

Todd is a born and raised Calgarian and his professional career path is as diverse and unique as you will find. After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Communications), he found himself working in the banking industry as a loan officer where he acquired a comprehensive understanding of personal banking, mortgages, and investing. Professional development has always been a passion, that passion lead him to Vancouver to study Deaf Culture and American Sign Language. Transitioning into a full-time Sign Language Interpreter and later co-owning Freelance Interpreters Consolidated (FLIC) opened up exciting opportunities both here in Calgary and abroad. He was the official team interpreter for the Canadian Men’s Deaf Hockey Team that participated in the Deaf Olympics on three separate occasions – 1999, 2004, and 2007 – winning two gold and a silver medal. Throughout his 10-year tenure as an interpreter, Todd learned firsthand the importance of diversity, empathy, and understanding different perspectives.
His inherent thirst for new opportunities and challenges opened the door to the Oil and Gas industry. There he held various senior marketing and business development roles in both private and public companies that span a 15 plus year career. Having experienced many booms and busts inherent in the energy industry has taught Todd that patience and commitment are the keys to any professional relationship regardless of industry.
Todd’s interests are as varied and wide-ranging as his professional career. One moment he can be found on the golf course or watching sports, the next, he will be in his workshop woodworking or on a bike ride with his wife Dylan, and two girls Claire and Lucy. It has been said that his sense of humour is what distinguishes him from others, whether he is at home or out with friends, laughter is always apart of the equation.
Jessica Davey
Jessica was born and raised in Southern Ontario where she attended McMaster University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013. Shortly after graduation she loaded up the car for a cross country drive, moving to a city she had fallen in love with after visiting many times before, Calgary! Like many before her Jessica used her focus and determination to secure a job in the Oil & Gas industry, working with Smith Bits, A Schlumberger company. Over her 8-year tenure at Schlumberger she developed the skills and knowledge required to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of the energy market. Moving up into the sales side of the business at Schlumberger, Jessica found she had a strong passion for building lasting customer relationships, built on the drive to identify and exceed customer goals and expectations.
Given this passion to deliver, it is unsurprising that Jessica has taken her enthusiasm for helping people and applied it to the Calgary residential real estate market. Those around Jessica will tell you that they are automatically uplifted by her positive and spirited attitude and her ability to make any experience an enjoyable one.
If you are attending a sporting event, concert or stand-up comedy show in Calgary there is a good chance Jessica is there enjoying the event as well. With whatever spare time is left time Jessica enjoys travelling or sharing laughs over dinner with friends. This energetic nature always has her ready to go at the drop of a hat, whether it be for a bike ride around town or filling in as a 4th on the golf course, she is always there to answer the call.
Jenn Stephenson
Jenn was born and raised in beautiful BC, beginning her career in the banking industry with Canada Trust while attending Communication studies at Simon Fraser University. In 1999 she moved to Calgary and it was during the process of building a new home the following year that she decided to take her love of home and interior design and change careers. Quickly rising up the New Home Sales ranks, Jenn became an Area Sales Manager with Homes By Avi where she served clients in award winning communities of Garrison Woods, New Discovery, Wentworth Estates, Evergreen Estates and Douglasdale. In 2005, Jenn decided to work alongside her husband once again after obtaining her Residential Real Estate licence, and the two officially formed the Stephenson Realty Group. Rounding out the client experience, Jenn also brings with her Mortgage Broker, as well as Project Coordinator|Customer Care experience obtained while working for Dominion Lending Centres and renowned estate builder Albi Homes. The recipient of numerous sales and customer service awards herself, Jenn’s extensive real estate, mortgage financing, marketing and real estate investment experience, as well as her natural connection with people, warm and caring nature make her a client favorite.
Jenn’s talents and passion for home also extend into interior design, furniture & home decor, where as Founder and Principal Designer of The Curated Home, Jenn’s ability to provide interior design services and provide furniture & home decor for clients through her Inglewood store, Aspen design studio and online shop adds significant value to the overall real estate experience and list of services the Stephenson Realty Group provides.
In her downtime, Jenn feels incredibly fortunate to volunteer her time as a ‘Baby Cuddler’, and is most content when she’s outside enjoying a walk, creating design magic for clients, or cozied in at home with Jeff for movie night.
